This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Player Bounty (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Player Bounty will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty is transferable.
What will we do to correct problems?
Player Bounty will either:
Replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts
Exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Player Bounty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good, or 6 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
Theft or loss of the Physical Goods
Loss of data incurred by use of the Physical Goods
Damage to other devices or personal property by use of the Physical Goods
Player Bounty will pay for shipping charges.
Player Bounty shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.
This Limited Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations.
Upon receiving the Physical Good, if Player Bounty determines that damage to the Physical Good is not a result of defects in material or workmanship, the customer will need to pay for all shipping charges. In this instance, the customer shall also assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to/from us.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Player Bounty.

An extended 18 month warranty period will be offered to customers. This will be contingent on customers registering their product and basic contact details within 30 days of purchase date. Instructions will be provided within the product packaging.
All the conditions that apply to the 12 month warranty period (above) will also apply to the extended 18 month warranty period.
In addition to this, the following conditions will also need to be met:
The date of product registration must be no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase
The exception to the above condition is if you can provide documentation showing that the date of receiving the product was more than 30 days after purchasing the product.
You will need to remain registered in our system from the date of registration, to the date of the warranty claim.
